The R3 radio blackout was due to a flare from AR 3738. Outlook For July 22-28 R1-R2 (Minor-Moderate) radio blackouts are likely on 22-27 Jul due to the flare potential of active Regions 3751 and 3761. G1-G2 (Minor-Moderate) geomagnetic storm levels are likely on 24 Jul due to the arrival of a CME from 21 Jul.
